What is AAT?
AAT (The Association of Accounting Technicians) is the UK’s leading professional body for vocational accountants. Recognised and respected by employers across the UK and internationally, AAT qualifications provide practical, real-world skills that prepare students for work in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping roles.
By sponsoring a student for an AAT-accredited course, you’re helping them:
Obtain a globally recognised UK qualification
Gain the skills employers look for in junior accountant, bookkeeper, and payroll roles
Build a pathway to higher-level accountancy certifications or further study
AAT qualifications are often the first step into a finance career in the UK, especially for those with no prior UK education or employment history. With no need for a university degree, they offer an affordable and accessible entry point into the sector.
