Learners applying to ELF College are given clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about the courses, including entry requirements, course content, duration, assessment methods, and costs before enrolling.

The application form and enrollment agreement clearly outline the learner's rights and obligations as well as the College's responsibilities.
Clear and Fair Contractual Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of enrollment are clearly stated and provided to all learners before they register. These terms include, but are not limited to:

Refund Agreement
ELF College offers a clear and fair refund policy to learners. This includes:
Full refunds if a course is canceled by the College before it starts.
Refunds based on a proportional fee structure if a learner withdraws from the course before a specified deadline (e.g., within 14 days of enrollment).

Cooling-Off Period
All learners benefit from a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of enrollment.
During this period, learners may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund, provided that no assessments have been completed or materials have been accessed.
